Our approach

Two years of planning at Regenco had culminated in several strategy plans, and Sandwell’s regeneration corporation wanted to appoint an agency to help them develop a cohesive plan for central marketing and individual developments, as well as a range of communication materials.

Working closely with the client, we developed a clear strategy, structure and brand essence to inform, engage and inspire all stakeholder groups. We consolidated all existing plans into this delivery focused brand essence, which all future communications campaigns will support.

Our creative and strategic thinking significantly developed and expanded the project and the client’s requirements, and first activity is due to launch in April 2007.
