Our approach

Serco is an international service company which combines commercial know-how with a deep public service ethos.

Serco’s Enforcement Products and Services Group commissioned Schmakk to design and create a new marketing toolkit for its highly respected safety camera units within the UK. With the imminent transition from ‘wet film’, a new proposition was required to articulate the benefits of ‘going digital’. The communication campaign was to be aimed at both existing customers of wet film products, and those new to Serco, looking to implement highly cost effective road safety applications.

By focusing on the business benefits of the product range and the cost savings these would bring, we designed a set of literature that not only educated their audience of the changes taking place within the market, and articulated the benefits of the product itself, but also conveyed the concept and advantages of ‘one integrated, end-to-end solution’.
